Great Customer Service by Nontombi

Good Day

I really must make special mention to a lady by the name of Nontombi from the Discovery Insurance team. I recently had a small incident with my vehicle and with her professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge has made this a great experience!

She really helped manage my expectation of the process right from the beginning until the end. She also provided additional information that would help me once my vehicle has been taken in to the panel beaters.

I must also mention a lady by the name of Yolanda. Obviously this team is not managed in silos where if I speak to one consultant and the other doesn't know of this claim or passed onto someone else. Everyone I dealt with knew what my claim was about and where it was within the process.

A huge thank you to the two ladies, more specifically Nontombi for your services and assistance. I do hope I am never in another incident where I have to claim but please be advised I have your email address and contacts and would prefer to deal with you. :-)
