Great Customer Service and Experience

I had a mechanical issue my car over the weekend. Phone discovery insure and got through to Aretha Tobias. All I can say is that she is an asset to the company. She was extremely polite and helpful over the phone. She managed to organize a towing company within 30 minutes of the phone call. She gave me 2 follow-up calls just to ensure that everything was ok.
