Great customer service
I had a car breakdown this morning, i got frustrated and called my insurance - Discovery Insure, i was serviced by Griffit Chetty, was very impressed by his proffesionalism, i arranged a tow truck that got to me in no time, he mad sure that the tow truck arrived as soon as possible, he kept on calling and checking if was fine, and if the car had been towed safely to the garage, I m verry impressed and Grifitt you deserve a fat bonus, you know how to define 'great customer service' I would like to be assisted by you in future
