Great customer service

<p>I am looking at consolidating my insurance policies and annuities, by reviewing each service provider's offering vs price as I need to free up some cash for buying a house. I received a couple of quotes from Discovery's competetors, which were a little bit cheaper, however I preferred staying with discovery as they are leaders in the industry according to me. I asked Discovery via email before I left the country on a business trip to try an improve on my monthly premium, and was amazed that they were able to lower the premium which alligned the cost with their competetors, without having to go through those tedious phone calls. Thank you Discovery, I will be sticking around for more years to come.</p>
