GREAT customer service

<p>I have only the best to say about the service I received from Discovery and in particulsr their Insure department, and in particular Rozannah Singh and Themba Mkhabela. Both were very helpful and solved many of my problems and queries cocerning the accident claim that I had lodged. </p> <p>The claim was professionaly attended to and finalised expeditiously.</p> <p>My problem was created by the driver of the other vehicle who demanded payment over and above the amout agreed in the settelment with his insurer - Outsurance. I was a party to the telephone conversation between Themba and the other driver. I was most impressed with the calm, professional and clear way in which he deal with the matter.
