<p>Awelany Nemaangani in VIP insuance claims department was very helpful in the processing of my claim. She was very professional in handling my claim for a home theatre system that was struck by lightning about two weeks ago. She did not give a slight indication that my claim would be repudiated but was positive and willing to assist me through the claims procedure. She changed the perception I always held that " insurance companies are only good for collecting premiums not paying claims out". I received my claim voucher to replace my Home Theatre the same day, something that I never anticipated.
