Great customer service

I was involved in an accident, I called Discovery to claim for my car. My claim was approved immediately to a dealership that was fully booked till the following month. 3 consultants could not explain why I had to wait a whole month before my car could be fixed and I was told I could not get a rental before my car is booked in. I was so frustrated, demanded to speak to a manager. Awelani calm me down and explained why I had to wait for so long for my car to be booked in. She also arranged for a rental for me for that very same day. She even told me that when it is time to return the rental and my car is not done, all I need to do is call and she will make sure that I get an extension. This is what I call great customer service. I was ready to start looking for another insurance company as soon as I could and I am not anymore. Awelani made me realize why I chose Discovery Insure over all the other insurance companies.
