Great Customer Service
I called the Discovery Insure call centre to cancel my policy, i spoke to Mbongeni Twala who assisted me with great patience, i know have 360 change of mind and intend on keeping my policy as is just doing the minor adjustments, I will be cancelling the one I took on Monday, Thank you Mbongeni for your great work and patience, we can do more with agents like you.
