This week I had the pleasure of speaking to Shelly-Ann regarding an addition I needed to make on my policy. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and must be commended for getting back to me when she said she would. She was also anticipated additional information which was required and completed this as well although it was not directly related to my initial enquiry.
