great customer service

I called Discovery Insure this morning and was greeted by the most friendliest and helpful lady, Shelly-Ann Goeieman. i have had such terrible experiences with Discovery in the past 3 years and was about to change my insurers this month. she assisted me with all my questions and still managed to give me better rates. Having such a bubbly personality early in the morning makes such a huge difference to an angry client, she helped Discovery retain a client. To her manager, please give her a round of applause on behalf of me. Once again, Shelly thank you once again .
