Great customer service

We lost car keys and needed the car towed from a very complex parking space which required a locksmith and more than one tow truck company to be called out. Moses Malinga (from the Discovery Insure Emergency Services department) engaged with the numerous service providers and kept us informed throughout. He was extremely helpful and attentive and went far beyond the call of duty in supporting us.
