Great Customer Service

On the mentioned day we were involved in a horrific car accident. Thank our lucky stars we were unhurt in our car, but the trauma was still quite intense. Nichal was the agent assigned to deal with our needs. He alerted the tow truck and organised the authorisation. He also organised a rental vehicle for me to make use of and kept phoning and asking whether the tow truck has arrived and taken care of our car as yet. He was a good middle man between all the services in most cases.<br> I do, however, need to advise Discovery of the following. Within the hour after the accident I was in contact with Nichal regarding all the necessary arrangements. However, after the car rental was arranged, the agent from that agency phoned me asking me a bunch of unnecessary questions regarding car rental. Afterwards I was phoned by at least two more agents from Discovery or somewhere asking me questions about the accident. <br> Here I would like to stress that after an accident no one wants to be inundated with phone calls asking the same questions again and again. Please have only one agent act as the middle man and deal with the client.
