My day is made!! <br> Thank you so much to Mukovhe.<br> I emailed my 12 questions to Discovery Insure and instantly, got a call back from Mukovhe Ligege. <br> I must say, she is an epitome of quality customer service. At some stage I felt like I know her in person.<br> <br> She even took it upon herself to ensure that I understand the answers by going an extra mile - explaining in my home language, helping me understand my plan more and checking my premium as we go along. <br> <br> I admire her level of articulation and professionalism in answering my mailed questions as well as over-the-phone further questions and the examples she gave were of good quality and relatable. <br>
