Great Customer Service

I posted a complaint on Facebook directed at Uber and mentioned Discovery Insure as it pertained to a value added service offered by Discovery. I got a call from Discovery Insure to follow up on Uber's feedback and said they will see what they can do from their side too.

My issue is fully in Uber's control but I respect and appreciate the fact that Discovery is doing their part in trying to resolve the issue. This is what good service looks like. Well done!
