Great customer recovery from Discovery Insure

I had a poor situation with Discovery that was very well recovered by Mr. Shafick Allow, which resulted in keeping me on as a customer. He addressed the issue head on, was an expert in the product, it’s T&Cs and very proactive to my needs. Kudos to him:
