Great Customer Experience

I recently had to cancel my insurance with Discovery Insure due to changing financial circumstances, and I was quite tense about it as my previous experience with cancelling insurance with another company was **********. However Kirk De Sai from the Retentions department treated me with understanding and respect, and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Kirk is definitely a credit to his department and Discovery Insure, and even though they aren't my insurer anymore, I'll gladly recommend them as my customer experience with them was great.
