Great Customer experience

I would like to thank Yvonne Hooman for making what would have been a lengthy and stressful experience a very pleasant and easy situation. I was in the process of cancelling my policy due to me not be able to continue with the policy any longer as there were some conditions i was not made aware of when signing up. I contacted Yvonne and she basically took the whole situation in her hands and ensured that i was informed of everything that i need and all the while ensuring that the company brand stays in tact. I was preparing myself for a battle as there was a refund due to me which i was assuming i would have to go to huge lengths to receive the funds. Before i had to take it further Yvonne advised me that she had already discussed the entire situation with her manager and he advised that she has to follow the required procedure and then confirm the refund once all investigations were completed. Thank you Yvonne for making this experience a short and pleasant one and also i have to commend you on continuing to promote the Discovery Insure brand. I will definitely in the future put Discovery Insure on top of my list when enquiring about insurance in the future. Thanks again
