shout out to Innocencia Rakgalakane. i needed assistance with amending the address on my dq track install but the system would not allow me to. Innocencia took my call and assisted me. unfortunately the address could not simply be amended without the appointment needing to be moved. she helped with getting a new date and time allocated. very quick, accurate and clear communication. very helpful. thank you so much for your help, Innocencia. really good customer service.
