Great customer experience, is been over 12 years since I have insurance but it was my first time in the 12 years that I experienced such good customer experience from an insurer, my key broke on the ignition last week and I immediately called Discovery insure assist line, I was then assisted by Janine Mitchell, within 10 minutes of speaking to her I was already assisted and my vehicle towed away, and she continued to call and check if I was home safe, thats what we call Great customer experience it shows that you are not just a customer but a member of the Discovery insure family, thanks a lot for your assistance and showing that you care about your customers, I can safely say that joining discovery was the best Decision ever
