Great costomer service

Great Service indeed.

I was stuck on the side of the road waiting for my wife to get off the gaubus in Midrand. I was chilling with my son who was busy paying with the radio, switching on air conditioner whilst its raining and cold. two hours later after realizing that my wife if running very late I tried switching on the car and it didn't start, it was starting to get dark and so I called discovery. I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Nthabiseng Mokgatle. she was very friendly, patient with me, asked if I felt safe where I was and I said yes :-) . The follow up call and feedback was what really every client needs to experience from a service provider. She said the assistance will be with me in the next 30-45min but it was there within 15min. talk about great service. mechanic was very friendly and assisted me with a smile. in less than a 2min my car was ready to move. Nthabiseng Mokgatle again called to ask if everything was to my satisfaction? which it was. I loved her service and response especially at times of emergency. @Discovery, keep up the great work
