I had an unfortunate attempted theft of my vehicle on Sunday afternoon. Zunaid Joseph was the consultant who answered my call. What a champ he was! He explained all the details and processes to me clearly. Zunaid continually phoned me to ensure things were progressing as necessary. When after waiting for 2 hours for the SAPS team to arrive, Zunaid went to extreme lengths to get hold of the Honeydew police station to follow-up.
