Great Client Service

I had a great experience with Lancelot Segola from customer services this afternoon. Lance was the epitome of a fantastic service consultant. He took the time to talk me through each of the products and explained to me why I would or would not need certain cover. He suggested some fantastic new product enhancements on my policy and really took it upon himself to ensure that my needs were met. Keep up the great service Lance!
