Wow..! What excellent service was received from Martha Nyamazana in express claims - portable possessions? Within 7 minutes, my claim was registered - instantly I received an email confirming my claim number. . . What surprised me is the fact that my claim was finalised and approved within 2 hours. . . Well done Martha N, you really know how to do your job! We need more people like you, especially in the claims management departments.
