Great Claims service

I think Discovery Insure is one section of the company that seems to work well and their Medical Aid and Long-Term side could learn a thing or two from them. I've been a Discovery Insure client for 3 years and had reason to claim for a cellphone that my teenage son had damaged. I expected problems, but found that both my broker and Clint Joseph from their VIP Claims Departments both efficienct and fast. The claim was totally finalised and paid within 72 hours of submitting it, without any questions or queries from Discovery's side. They may not necessarily be the cheapest insurer, but when we do have reason to claim, we want the peace of mind that claims will be paid, and I am prepared to pay the premium that I do for that peace of mind. Thank You, Discovery Insure - I will not be switching my short-term insurer anytime soon!
