Great broker - disgusting company ethics and horrible outsourced mechanics

I have had the worst experience with discovery insure . My broker , has been very helpful but unfortunately the company itself is at fault , unable to provide even himself with documentation regarding my car . It has been exactly two months to date that my car had broken down in the middle of nowhere - after undergoing repairs at one of their contracted Mechanics in centurion . All the while , since undergoing those repairs - little did I know they had messed up my entire engine( leaving one of the water pipes clean cut in half ) .

Now , two months later while discovery and their garage dispute whether this was a case of wear and tear or their misconduct , I sit without any car as a rental is only valid for a month . I sit without any feedback ( not through my brokers lack of trying ) , and discovery refuse to release the mechanical report on what exactly was touched by the garage prior hindering my efforts to take the case to the ombudsman .

I am truly ****ed off , and disgusted after the amount of money I pay towards insurance every month . It has put me off of every single policy I have opened with them - imagine a my life was at risk ? I sure as hell wouldn’t trust them.

I would not recommend them to anyone . In fact I will rub their names through the dirt for as long as I have - and will still have to sit without a car .
