Great attitude and great service

Over the weekend, I experienced a burst geyser. My regular plumber disconnected the water supply, for replacement on Monday morning. I called discover insure at around 9 am on Monday morning. I spoke to Mmatshepo Maloka (Hope). She took 2 minutes to get my details, and within 3 minutes, she gave me the reference number. No sooner as I put the phone down, I received the reference number on SMS. I faxed thorugh the relevant documents, and within 3 minutes, I received the claim sign-off and acceptance docuement, which was emails back to discovery. I found the service, attitude, friendlyness and overall experienced to be fantastic.
