Great attitude and friendly approach from Mrs Raygaanah Snyders!

This is a positive feedback for the attitude and friendly approach I receive from Mrs Raygaanah Snyders on 15th May 2018 when i was reviewing & correcting some points on my policy. I was actually cancelling not only due to past disappointments but other challenges I faced (and still facing some) over these 5 years of relationship, however, Mrs Raygaanah Snyders was able to revert the situation with such a professionalism and passion for the company, not "playing" with me any moment. Companies need more people like that that really shows and practice that their clients are really the most important thing in any company, but unfortunately many are not valued as they should and also face challenges as they become "an internal target", just because they are doing a great job. This is sad but is the truth that I see happening on a daily basis, especially in a corporate world where Discovery is. I hope you are recognised for your great job and never walk back but forward, and never on over people, but bring them up with you!
