Great attitude and Efficient service
I called Discovery regarding my Insurance policy this morning and I was transferred to Boitumelo. She took time to listen to my query, and she helped resolve it efficiently. Her great attitude just brightens one's day! You could tell she is on the client's side, she made sure I get the best service.
