Great Attitude

I am a broker and deal with many of the big insurance call centers, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Philene from Discovery Insure on a few occasions. She is always friendly, and gives me her full attention. When she has not been able to help me she transfers me to the correct department ,but first gives the other consultant the details of my queries so as I don't have to repeat myself. Always following up to make sure it has been resolved. Thank you Philene.
