Great attittude and a smart lady

I called Discovery with great frustration and anger, as my policy had lapsed due to my debit that was taken at an earlier date than agreed upon and bounced as a result. Upon being assisted by Ntokozo Radebe, who was suppose to reinstate my cover but failed dismally as I came to understand that my cover had lapsed. After I had been sending him numerous emails, to no replies from him, trying to check if my cover is reinstated. I even contacted my supposedly financial consultant Neil Roux, whom also failed as he just told me my account has lapsed due to no payment, not even taking the liberty to see whats happening to my account. I called on this day the 29 June 2015 and was assisted by Asanda Mroleli, the anger and frustration I had was subdued by her professionalism and informed work ethic. I just want to thank this lady and encourage her to keep it up as this kind of work ethic will get her to places. I would also plea with discovery to acknowledge such people, as they carry the brand forward even when there is doubt!
