Great assistance from Natasje Badenhorst on New Years Eve

Claims consultant Natasja Badenhorst was extremely understanding and helpful. On new years eve, where I was not expecting any service/assisstance, she assisted with logging a claim for a damaged ceiling resulting from heavy rains. She did so with the most pleasant demeanour and great attitude. All on a day where I expect working staff to be extremely tired and possibly demotivated. Although most service providers are not avaiable during this period, Natasje kept us informed and updated about their status.
