Great assistance from Discovery Insure Emergency Services

Good day

I had a miss-fortune of bumping my car and to make it worse I could not drive it home from the East Rand to the West Rand where I stay. I called Discovery and spoke to Ele Leeuw. I was very impressed whit the assistance and quick service he gave me and arranged for me.

After the normal questions and verifications Ele told me to stay put and he will get back to me in 5 minutes. He got back to me within 5 minutes and told me that a truck will be with me in 15min. The tow-inn service will also drop me at home after my car was dropped at the assessment premises in Roodepoort, which was nearer to my home than the assessment premises in Boksburg.

Ele then followed up with my before the 15min passed to tell me that the truck should be with me soon, the truck actually arrived as we were speaking. He also send me my claim number and also arranged with Avis for a loan car to be dropped off at my location tomorrow.
