Great and prompt service received when making a car damage claim

My son unfortunately had a person reverse out of his property right into him as he was driving by. He reported the incident to Discovery insure himself and had from the start received such professional service, that we did not even have to worry about a thing. the lady who handled the claim, Nontobi Tsomo, was exceptional and followed up either by e-mail, telephone, or both from time to time to explain what I needed to hand in or where in the process things were. not once was I stressed about the matter and could go on with life as per normal, knowing that I was covered. it is always said, that you only know how good an insurance is till you have a claim. Well this I can tell you truly, I have received good service with no hassles. maybe this is a fluke, but I doubt it very much as all departments that I have had to deal with have given me the same standard of service. well done Discovery Insure, keep up the good work.
