Great and prompt response

I would like to provide feedback on the professional, prompt and great service provided by Nompumelelo Bandezi from Discovery Insure regarding my recent claim on the rear windscreen. It took literally a few minutes' phone conversation to capture all details, provide a reference number and approval for a service provider; this was particularly impressive given that this was over the week-end when such service is usually slow.
