Great and friendly service from Joelene at Discovery Insure

Great service from Joelene Scholtz at Discovery Insure. I called them to to make use of their roadside assistance service as my car's battery was flat. She explained that she will log the call and within 2 minutes from putting the phone down the towing service called confirming they were on the way. She called to follow-up and I explained they were on coming in 20min. She said she will call back a bit later. She kept to her promise and was friendly and helpful along the way.
