Great and exceptional customer service

Discovery is a great company with great service. Caroline Nemakonde is a great and exceptional lady. She gave me exceptional service and care when our van needed jumpstarting at the OR Tambo airport. She kept checking on me to find out whether I had been helped. She even follow up after the van was jump started. Caroline, keep up the great job you are doing.
