Grateful for My Journey with Discovery – Purple Team

It’s been almost two years since I left Discovery, but I still proudly rate it as my employer of choice. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Discovery, especially the Purple Team, for the incredible experience and personal growth I gained during my time there. Working under Jathin Mathura was truly inspiring — he was a supportive and patient team leader who always made time to guide and assist me in my tasks. His leadership taught me resilience, a quality I continue to apply in my current workplace. I’m also deeply grateful to Lee Porter, whose leadership reminded us daily to bring our best selves to work and continuously prove our capabilities. Because of Discovery and its management, I have matured and learned the importance of maintaining integrity and professionalism in all that I do. Discovery taught me the value of respecting clients, handling them with kindness, and delivering excellence in every interaction.
