Hello Roland...I see good service is habit you guys make at Discovery. you assisted me with exceptional service previously and I see you're now a team leader, Congratulations.<br> My geyser burst recently and I had the pleasure of dealing with Lungi. She kept me updated and followed up with the service providers on her own accord. As with the customer service from yourself, Lungi also went the extra mile and showed empathy with regards to our situation.
