Got my refund
Out of 4 agents I dealt with to get my refund, the first 2, including one that responds here on helloPeter were not helpful at all. But the other 2 I got afterwards were helpful. The last one even followed up on me to make sure I got my refund. I didn't have to chase after him. Would give 5 stars if all agents were like the last guy. Kudos Anna
