Good/can be stressful
Discovery is very helpful when you get into an accident and evidently not liable, if they suspect that you could potentially be liable they send out a 3rd party accessor, who interrogates you like the gestapo and caused me endless stress and headaches even though I was cleared of any negligence

Our assessors are highly skilled in their area and do need to ensure that they always get the truth if any matter.
