When I called in, desperately looking for an insurance confirmation for my bank, I received such a warm heartfelt reception and the service I needed was effectively rendered, without any delay. The consultant even voluntarily updated my missing details on the system. Good work and excellent job done by your consultant. Good attitude, perfectionist.
