Good service from Retentions Department, Discovery Insure

I decided to change my car insurance from Discovery to another business, and spoke to Shafick Allow from their Retentions Dept. about the cancellation. I appreciated the professional manner that he listened to me and tried to persuade me to stay with Discovery. I had made up my mind and didn't change it, but based from my discussion with Shafick, I can see myself going back should I not be happy with my new insurers.
