Good service from Discovery Insure

Pipe in roof burst due to cold. Discovery could not get a plumber to come out. I tried myself, most plumbers did not answer their phones, when I finally reached one, they told me I am number 132 on the list. The Discovery Insure agent, Zunaid Joseph, was very helpful, explained the process to claim etc. Not their fault all plumbers were swamped.
