Good service from Cikizwa

I met in a car accident on the 4 November. I reported the accident a few hours later at the nearest police station. I have been insured with Discovery Insure for the past 1 year and 9 months. This was the first accident that I have been involved in. Initially what I thought was going to be a straight forward process in claiming turned out to be troublesome as the claim advisor who initially was allocated to attend to my query did not give me proper service and feedback. The only assistance that was exemplary was that of Cikizwa Veronica Vavana who was very understanding to my traumatic ordeal. I was skeptical of staying with discovery insure after the initial claim advisor gave me pathetic service however Cikizwa made me change my mind. I only wish all staff could display such compassion and patience with dealing with members' accident claims. I will be writing a seperate review on the pathetic service I received from the first person attending to my claim however I will also give credit now to Cikizwa as it is due. Thank you Cikizwa for being so committed to your job.
