Good service, even though policy was cancelled

As you would know, Discovery is not the cheapest insurance out there and I called to cancel my policy because I had found a lower offer with another service provider. The agent (Kirk De Sai) was very helpful and did not try to waste my time by persuading me to stay with Discovery. He could not match the offer and was honest about it and cancelled my policy immediately. The process was painless and I would like to commend him for that.
