Good service, despite cancelling policy.

Every now and then you come across an agent who does their job and gives you good service. So I am happy to report that despite cancelling with Discovery Insure, this lady in the retentions department certainly rendered me good service. She advised me correctly to first withdraw funds from my Insure Funder Account before cancelling the policy. This was a good call otherwise I would have lost out on the funds. She was also good at emailing and calling me and generally keeping me informed of the progress of the cancellation.
