Good service by Discovery Ins

The claim process was swiftly handled and communication was clear and direct. I do have my reservations about having to work through FGro instead of a one-contact point. We also had a unpleasant situation with the panelbeater, stating that they contacted me on the order and delays of parts - this was not the case as I have never been contacted. The panelbeater stated it was noted that way on the system/portal - yet I have never seen proof of this. I do not appreciate the service provider accusing Discovery's client of lying.
