Good service and good value

With lockdown, I don't drive my car too much. Battery charging and jump-starting did not work, so I phoned Discovery Insure. William Machitiso was the call centre agent, who swiftly took down my details after appropriate checking. A tow truck was arranged, and within an hour, my car was towed away. I was away from my desk for a few minutes to get the car onto the tow truck, so there was little disruption to my day, and the call out is included in my premium, so there was no cost as well.
