Good Service

<p>I have been with discovery since 2004, my portfolio includes Life policy, Medical cover, Investment but I slowly feel that Discovery has grown so much that it does not value its Customers any more or Customer Service is no longer an importanty aspect of its business but that changed for me recently when I interacted with Avroy from Discovery Insure. </p> <p>He made sure that my Insurance policy is re-instated successfully. He was very polite, patient, deligent and explaining every concept in detail. He gave me constant feedback on the progress until the end. after a very long time I felt that Discovery still needs me as their Client. If you can train or recruit such Service Consultants I guarntee that Discovery will continue to grow from strength to strength. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would really like to commend Avroy Petersen for the excellent service he gave me.</p>
