I sincerely appreciate your efficient customer service and the level of accountability you have demonstrated. He even called me to check if the Tow truck came on time to assist. Please keep up the good work, I've been with your customer for more that 6 years it's people like you who make me not to consider leaving Discover insurance. Kudos to you.
